We regret the experience communicated, however, when the appointment was made we recommended the vehicle be dropped off for the day, we would never "insist" the customer to do anything; communicated the repairs would take longer than normal as this is a hybrid that requires certain processes to be followed; the customer was offered a ride to lunch which was declined; and the work was completed under warranty so we are not sure what "pricing" he was unhappy about.

Wrong customer as no ride to lunch was offered. Key here is communication and with never having a hybrid before we were under the impression of a quick module swap that somehow happened during a tailgate recall. Had we understood the real work we wouldn't have sat at your location for 7 hours. We are happy that the repair was successful. Thank you.
