Horrible. Had to ASK sales manager at front desk for help finding a used truck. He pointed to the used section and didn’t move from his seat. Went out by myself for 20 minutes looking at new and used trucks and NOT ONE PERSON SAID A WORD TO ME. This is the second time in a row this has happened to me personally at this location. I went to Hertrich Ford and drove home in a $52,000 Ford F-250 the next day. They actually said hello to me, asked if I needed help and worked with me on my trade-in. Crap customer service, crap inventory. I would give negative stars if it were an option. Go elsewhere. More
