Great experience today at Fred Grande Ford. .. Took my Expedition in for it's 50K mile service and they handled it while I waited (I had previously made an appointment). Fast friendly service .. I always have a great experience at Fred Grande Ford. Whether it is with "my" salesman Cody or in the service department with Chip. I ordered a Maverick in 2022 and I was kept informed all along the way Whether it is with "my" salesman Cody or in the service department with Chip. Service dept is horrible I have the ford service plan, took my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation, also multi point inspection. Before they were finished I asked if I I have the ford service plan, took my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation, also multi point inspection. Before they were finished I asked if I could get a car wash, told me they were too busy washing new cars. I got the car back, next day my hub cap fell off, luckily I recovered it but im missing the bolts that hold it on. Next day I notice the other hub cap is rattling, find it hanging on by 1 loose nut. Today my brakes are grinding, so much for the multipoint inspection and they lied and said the brakes are good, even wrote that on my paperwork. Im now wondering if I even got the oil change. More
