Great place to buy a car- WORST SERVICE DEPT AROUND! - They don't fix cars they break them. They ruined my leather seats and would not do anything about it. After purchasing a $ 50k+ A6 & over $ 5k in service on my boxter they have lost a customer and now make it my goal to tell all friends and business associates to avoid Fred Lavery - the funny part is that many I talk to have already formed there own bad opinion of Fred Lavery Service Dept. Plain and Simple,...the Service Department cares. They went as far as pulling up "ALL" records of recalls and even talked to Porsche of North America on my behalf to keep my costs as low as possible.
