Fred Martin Stan Kosinski is one of the nicest guys I have met. Normally with car dealerships, there is a hassle having to negotiate and get the right price for a Stan Kosinski is one of the nicest guys I have met. I told Stan the price I wanted to pay, and told him that was every dollar I owned, and he said we will make a deal. He even helped me call up and change my car insurance to get the best deal. Stan went well above and beyond what he was supposed to do. I talked with Nikki in financing and she gave me non-biased advice of how long I should finance for and building my credit. She and another co-worker told me the best way to not have to pay too much interest and getting credit. The dealership even takes a picture of you with your car, sends you a letter, and gives you free carwashes. This place could not get any better. Again, thank you so much Stan. You actually care, and help people in their future, as a car is a huge investment. UPDATE**** I was in an unfortunate predicament with the air conditioner 8 months after purchase not working properly and needing a new air compressor since I did not test it out when I first received the car in winter. When I did test it out it was still in the standard warranty, but I opted not for the extended warranty to cover all the rest. I will have to pay even though I thought it should have been working. The great part about it though is not only are they going to fix it for me for less than what a local garage is going to do, he trusted my word and cut the bill in half to make it right! Thanks Jeff! My son took the truck we wanted to look at for a test drive and Curt went with us and explained all the great features the truck had to offer. When we got back the process went smoothly to purchase the truck. Curt answered all our questions and made the whole selling and buying very smooth. Curt and the whole team didn't even care that we were there till after closing they kept going to all was done and we had the truck. Besides being a strong brand and truly enjoying the customer service that not only Ford USA provides, Fred Martin Ford goes above and beyond. We got a great price, handled my trade in (that was in rough condition), transferred the trade from a difficult dealer over an hour away to Fred Martin, they kept a smile on their face and had our new 2015 Titanium Escape 4WD ready the very next day. It's hard to find an honest dealership that has the customer's needs in mind and you can truly feel comfortable working with Fred Martin and Curt Putnam. We live over an hour from Fred Martin Ford and made the trip for the great service. We will continue to make the trip for service appointments going forward as well; the drive is well worth the trustworthy service we know we will receive. I cannot explain in words how much Curt Putnam has done in sales and Jeff Bacho in service, to make this transaction absolutely seamless. Although we selected the car in advance, there was zero pressure for particular sale.
