Tripper Heckscher sales consultant and Mark Malone sales manager were able to accomplish what other local dealers were not, they found the truck I needed. I spoke with many dealerships in the area and out of the area, trying to locate the preowned truck I needed. Mark asked me to stop by and check out a couple of trucks he had. When I arrived he introduced me to Tripper, who sat and listened to everything I needed in a truck instead of trying to fast talk me into something I did not want. After a few minutes of going through inventory sheets he thought about a truck that was just traded. It was perfect. No run around, no fast talking, just straight up honest consulting. After the sale, he followed up to make sure I was satisfied with everything and to sincerely thank me for my business. I was very impressed. I purchased a preowned truck and was treated like I had taken delivery of a custom ordered truck. When my husband announced that he wanted a corvette and he had looked at a 6 speed corvette at another dealer, I thought, I'm going to call Ray Brozzetti at Frederick Ford to see if he could locate a corve he had looked at a 6 speed corvette at another dealer, I thought, I'm going to call Ray Brozzetti at Frederick Ford to see if he could locate a corvette for us. I placed this call at 7:15 p.m. on a Tuesday night. Within 10 minutes of my initial call, Ray had called me back to say that he had located 2 vettes in Frederick's inventory. Details were given about 1 vette and arrangements were made to have the car brought to Seaford for us to look at the next day. Unfortunately, by the time their folks got to their other dealer, someone had already brought the car. I received a call at work that morning and was told that the other car, which was at one of their northern dealerships would be brought down instead, that same day, for us to look at. We went out there that evening, and my husband test drove the vehicle. It was an automatic, (thank goodness). Then the serious talk began. We each had our own thoughts about the price. However, by the end of the negotiations and a few days later, each of us had reached a happy medium that we could live with. My husband has his vette. We have had previous business dealings with Ray Brozzetti, the sales manager, and the general manager at Frederick Ford in Seaford, Delaware. As a result, we have purchased 3 vehicles in 3 years from the same sales person at this dealership. With the vettes purchase, this is now 4 vehicles in 3 years. These folks are always welcoming when we stop in to the dealership. They make the experience feel like family. In addition, their service department has a really great person named Bonnie Horvath working there. She always make a service visit feel like its a visit with a good friend. I would happily recommend that if anyone is looking for a vehicle to purchase that they should start with Frederick Ford and ask for Ray Brozzetti More

Less than stellar performance! Purchased my vehicle approx 1.5 yrs ago from this dealership (R. Mason) and this week my vehicle required a repair which again was not covered by the extended warranty. approx 1.5 yrs ago from this dealership (R. Mason) and this week my vehicle required a repair which again was not covered by the extended warranty. This is the 3rd problem concerning repairs to my vehicle. After a tow, and two trips to the dealership, my engine problem is not resolved. My truck sat at Frederick Ford for 4 days and is not repaired. Of course they don't fail to charge you. I attempted to contact the General Manager via phone, voice mail, and e-mail to no avail. Frederick Ford drops the ball concerning service after the sale and customer support. More
