Clay was great! I called in regards to my car not starting and he pointed me in the right direction but when that direction didn’t work he went out of his way to send a helper to jumpstart my jeep. T starting and he pointed me in the right direction but when that direction didn’t work he went out of his way to send a helper to jumpstart my jeep. The helper was kind of rude but Clay was not at all. I ended up going to the shop and Clay was in the process of leaving for the day but instead he stayed talk to me and helped me. I had to get a new battery as well as changing the oil but I was just very happy that I was able to get my Jeep fixed the day before Christmas Eve. I now only want to deal with Clay for any future issues. More

My experiences with the service department at Red River 4x4 and at the dealership service department have been excellent. Even while it took almost 2 months to get the parts to repair my Jeep, the service 4x4 and at the dealership service department have been excellent.
