So I’ll be honest, it’s been a long time since I’ve been to a dealership where everybody was actually upfront and honest about everything with the vehicle. I had to drive about 10 hours to come and get my 2 to a dealership where everybody was actually upfront and honest about everything with the vehicle. I had to drive about 10 hours to come and get my 2024 Toyota RAV4 and I was a little nervous. I’m not going to lie, I had a lot of bad experiences in California with dealerships, but Jesse was such a gem and was on top of everything the entire process. He was calling me and making sure everything was good. I told him that I wanted to $500 deposit on the vehicle to hold it after he sent me the video and he actually kept his word and held the vehicle for a week until I could make it down there. When I got there, he was upfront about any little scratches he saw after washing the car off, which I appreciated. They let me drive the car without even having to come with me and annoying me or anything like that. I was able to just drive in peace and enjoy the car and see if I liked it. And the whole process of getting in and out took about 25 minutes, which was also very satisfying. Their finance manager was not pushy about extra add-ons and extra fees and everything like that. He just said he had to mention a couple things, but when I told him I was not interested, he did not push any further. Honestly, this was a really great dealership experience, which is pretty rare. I even went to have the vehicle inspected after I bought the car and my mechanic told me everything was literally perfect with the car and there was no issues with any suspension or oil or anything like that and that everything looked brand new and that they maintained the car very well, so I’m very happy with them More
