He had us test drive a couple different types of vechiles in order to compare. He wanted us to make sure the Rogue was what we really wanted. After the test drive Carter and the Sales Manager worked the numbers. The sales manager worked for over a hour to get us the best possible deal. And he was able to do just that. He took a lot of time to work with us during a very busy day with a lot of other customers. They never rushed us through the process. Now that is customer service. This was a very positive experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

I was pleasantly shocked when my entire purchase took less than 3 hours from stepping into the showroom to driving out of the parking lot with my new car. The entire process was painless and nonsense free, even with less than stellar credit. Art Lucia was truly a pleasure to deal with. When the first car I looked at wouldn't fit within my budget, he kept working with me until we found something that did. Beware Leaf Buyers - No charge to charge doesn't apply in VT I bought a new 2017 leaf at the end of August and the salesperson explained that I would get two years of charging free if I used the special "no char I bought a new 2017 leaf at the end of August and the salesperson explained that I would get two years of charging free if I used the special "no charge to charge" stations. So for the past month and a half we've been diligently finding and using those specific locations. Guess what!? It's not true. I was charged by EVgo for all of the charging I did at the supposedly "free" stations. I called them to resolve and they said that there are no dealers in Vermont that participate in the program and that the dealership should not be saying that this benefit is included. I spoke with the owner today and all he had to say was "sorry" and that I could charge at the Nissan dealership for free. So much for a network of free charging all over the country. Very disappointed and the only resolution was offering a $100 credit on my account. The two years of free charging would have been worth about $1500. Not even close to an even exchange or making it right. Hopefully they don't use this tactic everyday to sell new leafs to people that are told to use the nissan app to find free charging for two years. Beware! More
