Their internet site is up-to-date, and their internet sales liaison is knowledgeable and prompt in responding to questions. Sarah Lee was our initial contact person, and she provided good information about the vehicles we were interested in and helped provide additional information when requested. When we went to look at the vehicle we were interested in purchasing, we were connected with Alex. He professionally and knowledgeably handled that part of our transaction including a full overview of the vehicle and a test drive. He went above and beyond and offered coloring books to our children while we were working through paperwork. Because we were purchasing a used vehicle, the dealership wanted to clean detail it before we took it. It was definitely worth the wait. We were very pleased with the result of the detailing, and we love our new vehicle. All around this was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend Freedom Nissan! More
