My wife and I have purchased vehicles from Freedom Nissan since the early 1990s. We have had Pathfinders, Altimas, Sentras and Maximas. Sometimes we bought new cars, sometimes pre-owned; sometimes we leased since the early 1990s. We have had Pathfinders, Altimas, Sentras and Maximas. We continue to go back because we are not treated as a sale or a number. We feel valued and appreciated. I RECENTLY PURCHASED A NISSAN FRONTIER FROM FREEDOM AND WAS VERY PLEASED FROM THE START. I HAD MY MIND MADE UP THAT I WANTED A TOYOTA BUT I DECIDED TO "CHECK OUT" THE NISSAN. WHEN I WENT DOWN TO FREEDOM I WAS VERY PLEASED FROM THE START. I HAD MY MIND MADE UP THAT I WANTED A TOYOTA BUT I DECIDED TO "CHECK OUT" THE NISSAN. WHEN I WENT DOWN TO FREEDOM I WAS MET BY BOTH SHANNON AND MIKE. AS THEY SHOWED ME THE THE FRONTIER AND ALL THE "EXTRAS" COMPARED TO THE TOYOTA I WAS HOOKED. THEY WERE BOTH VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. NO PRESSURE AT ALL.THEY PRICED OUT MANY DIFFERENT TRUCKS WITH DIFFERENT OPTIONS FOR ME SO I WOULD KNOW WHAT TRUCK AND EXACTLY HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST. I DID NOT WANT TO WAIT THE 6 WEEKS TO ORDER ONE SO MIKE SEARCHED AND FINALLY FOUND ONE WITH THE OPTIONS I WANTED. I DID END UP ORDERING ONE AND WHEN IT DID ARRIVE MIKE DROVE IT TO MY HOUSE SO I COULD INSPECT IT AND DRIVE IT TO MAKE SURE THIS WAS THE TRUCK I WANTED. THE FINANCING WAS SO SIMPLE AND THEY HAD THE BEST RATE AROUND TOWN. THE WHOLE ORDEAL WAS ACTUALLY A PLEASURE. EVEN ONE OF THE OWNERS (MORT) WOULD GET INVOLVED TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY AND PLEASED. WHEN I COULD NOT PROGRAM A FUNCTION IN MY TRUCK MIKE CAME TO MY HOUSE ONE NIGHT AND SHOWED ME HOW TO DO IT. THAT IS GOING UP AND BEYOND. I had bought a very bad vehicle (not from Nissan) a year ago and have been through many dealers since trying to trade it in and get a decent vehicle. All the dealers I had been through came up with nothing ago and have been through many dealers since trying to trade it in and get a decent vehicle. All the dealers I had been through came up with nothing for financing or a vehicle to fit my purpose. Then I was browsing the Internet and found Freedom Nissan. Shannon the internet manager was happy to answer all the questions she possibly could through my seemingly endless e-mails. I dropped by the dealer one day and there was shannon ready to help. It was a tough battle I had a 2009 car with lots of negative equity and wanted to get into something I could use and enjoy and with the bad experience from the other dealer I was very reluctant. Well Shannon and Konrad (finance) stayed with me all through the whole way. I think she had to go through 6 vehicles with me, some by my choice that did not appeal to me and some the financing just would not work. But Shannon ke[pt saying stop worrying that they would take care of me, and taqke care of me they did. What a happy and go lucky bunch of people. Even the sales people not involved in the sale were happy just to say hi and how's it going. This was a no pressure "what do I want" dealership. I got introduced to everybody from managers to Service. I have to say Shannon and Konrad worked very tirelessly with me and never once complained about my questions, my not wanting this vehicle or that one they just found me another to work on, and yes I happy to say My new car is sitting in the front yard and I love it. Thanks Freedom Nissan you work harder and let the customer do there thing better then any dealership I have workled with and I have been to them all in the Burlington area. Not once did they flinch with my financial situation, my so so credit or any question I had, it was always a do not worry we can do attitude without being pushy, I think I will forever bee a freedom Nissan Customer, thanks again Shannon and Konrad wish they had a spot here to put like 5 plus. I have bought 7 cars from dealerships, each time finding a new sales person at a different dealership. After becoming accustom to Freedom Nissan I found the dealership which I will continue to do business with in the near future, in addition I found the sales person who has earned my utmost respect and future business. Joanne provided a friendly atmosphere and never once attempted to force a car on me and for the level of comfort she provided throughout my purchase I am indebted to her. IF you are looking at purchasing either a new or used vehicle I strongly recommend asking for Joanne and if you shes not working the day you go in wait for her you wont be disappointed THANKS JOANNE! I came into Freedom Nissan looking for a car because my previous car had been hit by a moose. I had told Joanne I wasn't planning on buying a car that day, but that I was curious on the cars I had found on previous car had been hit by a moose. We looked at several cars, but none of them really made me feel like it was the one, until I found a 2006 Nissan Altima. She did a great job at putting no pressure on me on buying a car that day, but when I found my new 2006 Nissan Altima I just had to have it. My 25 yr old son & I visited Freedom Nissan in search of a used car for him. My son being a single father, he was in desperate need of a vehicle. After explaining our situation to Joanne and Mort, our pessimism quickly turned to excitement! Their friendliness, professionalism and large inventory of used cars that fit my son's budget set our minds at ease! Joanne walked us through the lot, explaining all the pro's and con's of each vehicle. Not once did she try to push us into a vehicle like some used car salespeople tend to do. After several vehicles, we found the perfect car, but feared that the car might be way out of budget for my son. After meeting with Mort, he reassured us that we would be driving the car away that day! I was simply amazed at the deal he gave us! I would be surprised if they made any money off the deal at all! Instead, I felt that Mort and Joanne were more concerned about our happiness and satisfaction above anything else. My Son & I drove away Christmas eve feeling we had been blessed with a "Christmas miracle". This was truly the best experience I have ever had purchasing a used vehicle and the car was much more than we ever dreamed of driving away with! Joanne and Mort, thank-you sooo much for making our Christmas much more than we expected! I would also like to extend a special thanks to Luke and everyone in the service Dept. While making the used car deal, they were able to get my Nissan Titan in for some minor service, without an appointment, and free of charge!
