Being in the customer service industry myself, and knowing that the majority of people who contact the place of business do so to complain, I want to take a few moments to talk about my positive conta knowing that the majority of people who contact the place of business do so to complain, I want to take a few moments to talk about my positive contact with the staff at Freedom Nissan, in particular, Joanne Pecor. I was greeted with a warm hello and smile from Joanne, who was amazing throughout my entire Nissan experience. I always find service areas to be rushed and hectic, and even though it was in fact, very busy, Joanne spent time with me explaining and trying to help me reduce any costs I might incur during my visit. She was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond what I expected of her! I was treated like family! Work on my Murano was excellent as well! More
I had an electric problem. I got charged for a gas pump $800. That did not help.They fixed the problem in a second visit, but I still got charged for the useless work they did in the first visit. They went ahead and changed the oil and inspected it on a used car before I left with it. They finance guy Joe found a great extended warranty for cheap money. I took my car[not a Nissan] in for routine servicing. I leased my new 2010 Rogue just about a week ago from Freedom Nissan, however I am not a stranger to this dealer. My family has purchased at least 10 vehicles from Freedom Nissan. We have always gone there for service when we need it which is rare our Nissans ROCK! A few days after I picked up my car I realized that it was out of alignment and there were scratches on the back bumper. (Not freedom's fault at all the Rogue I got was a dealer swap). So I contacted my saleswoman Joanne and she had Luke from service contact me. He called and set up an appointment for me, I live in NY so he sent a driver over to the ferry to meet me and gave me a loaner car. They took my Rogue in re-aligned it and repaired the scratches on the back bumper. The next day he sent the car back with a new driver. It was all done in a timely fashion, Luke called me at work in a timely manner to keep me updated on the progress of the of my appointment. I even got it back washed and with a full tank of gas!!!! Anyone would be crazy to not bring their vehicles here for service.....get ahold of LUke he knows his business! More

I brought my 2009 Nissan Sentra with 7800 mi for service I brought my 2009 Nissan Sentra with 7800 mi for service after the tires were rotated on the car. After the rotation the front end had a shake after I brought my 2009 Nissan Sentra with 7800 mi for service after the tires were rotated on the car. After the rotation the front end had a shake after 40 mph. I asked the service rep if this would be covered under the Nissan or tire warranty and he said we need to take a look at it first and see. I said fine but let me know if its not covered by a warranty before any work is done. After looking at new cars and waiting an hour the service rep found me and said its all set we balanced all four tires. We got back to his desk and he gave me a bill for $61.23 for balancing the tires. I said what's going on I told you to talk to me if it was not covered. He acted all confused and said Nissan does not cover balancing and he forgot to inform me of this before the work was done, sorry! I told him one of the back tires must have been out of balance on the rear and it did not show up until it was on the front and was bad at the purchase of the car. The service manager was no help, he said if I had bought the car there it would have been covered. Paid the overpriced balancing and I was glad I did not perchance the car at this dealer. More
We came to the service department on a Saturday without an appointment needing an oil change. The car light went on and we were from out of town. Not only did John fit us in but he did it right away keeping our waiting time to a minimum. Our 2009 Nissan Altima Hybrid had the extended warranty and the platinum service agreement. He tried to call our dealer in Buffalo to see if it would be covered but they were closed. He didn't stop there. He then called the maintenence company and got their approval to do the needed work and have the bill sent directly to them so we didn't have to pay out of pocket while on vacation. John was pleasant, easy to work with and eager to please. We appreciated the help while on the road and away from home. W More
My custom wheels/rims were left filthy after brake service was completed. There was a rust type residue left on them that I wasn't even sure at first would come off. I had to soak and scrub them repeatedly to get them clean. This is not something I want to have to do after paying a lot of money to have my car serviced at a dealership. Also, it doesn't give me any confidence that the dealership is taking good care of my car. Additionally, the service manager seemed to have nothing but excuses as to why his department was not run better. Overall it was an unpleasant experience. More
