Took my car to service on Saturday 05/20/2023. One of the service that I received were to get my tires rotated, since I had new tires installed back in December. When I went to pick up my car, I i One of the service that I received were to get my tires rotated, since I had new tires installed back in December. When I went to pick up my car, I inspected my tires. Why!? because service department tech damaged my rim once before and Manager resolved the problem by replacing it with a new one. And look what happened again. Rim damaged by Jeep service department! The service tech that came out to inspect my tire was like oh wow. I didn't even noticed that, if I did I would of noted it. I said yes you didn't noticed it because it wasn't there. He said he didn't even use my locking nut tool, he used his own tools to remove the locking nuts off my tires. I'm assuming his power tool slipped the tire bolts and hit my rim, which chipped it. On Monday 05/22/2023, I get a phone call from a manager Jay, and he said he would not replace the rim, but repair it. I asked to speak to someone above him, he said there isn't. So as of right now, they are not taking responsibility to my damage rim. I will complain further, until issue is resolved. This is not right! Technician should take responsibility. 05/24/2023 Chrysler Corporation 1-800-247-9753 has been informed and complaint has been made against Freehold Chrysler & Jeep. Chrysler Corporation advise to speak to the general manager, Called and left a message 05/24/2023. 05/30/2023 Still waiting for the General Manager to give me a call back. More
