From the moment I sent an online request for an appointment to meet with a salesperson I was beginning to see the extraordinary customer service at this dealership. My sales person, Phoenix LaRocca knew exactly what I wanted and did absolutely everything to assist me. The sales people there work as a real team, and Phoenix definitely went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I came for. He went over every single detail of my vehicle with me, and explained it to me in a way that was easy to understand and retain. He linked my phone, helped me get the App, and even personally delivered my vehicle to my home! Mark in the credit department worked quickly and took his time explaining my options to me. I got a very good price on my new vehicle without the haggling and back and forth you normally have to do. And get this...not only do I get free oil changes for as long as I own my vehicle, this dealership does a, “second delivery “, if you need one...a few days later to assist you with any questions or features you aren’t sure about! I don’t have to even open my vehicle manual and read it because these people have a great system in place! I’m absolutely positive that I got a very good price and perhaps maybe more importantly, I was treated very well and felt extremely comfortable and confident with my salesperson. If you want a Ford product, this is the dealership for you! And lastly, I love my new Bronco Sport! More
