The sales experience was good... nothing else Michelle was my sales rep, she was great and the buying process was also pleasant. 1 week after we bought our explorer we were told to bring the truck Michelle was my sales rep, she was great and the buying process was also pleasant. 1 week after we bought our explorer we were told to bring the truck back for new wheels and tires. They took the perfect wheels off and gave us scratched up ones with terrible tires I complained and they are supposed to be pittting the other wheels back on. When I bought the truck the tpms ( tire pressure monitoring system) light was on and I was told bring it in we will fix it. So I brought it twice and they couldn’t fix it without ordering parts. Then I was told that they will not cover the repair. I will have to pay the warranty deductible to fix it. That’s not what they told me when I bought the truck. I was really excited to buy from a family owned dealership... After our experience with them I can’t say that I would buy another vehicle from them. More
