Horrible Experience This dealership is a joke. I purchased a pre owned vehicle and then had to bring it in for service 2 weeks later because the brakes were grinding. I This dealership is a joke. I purchased a pre owned vehicle and then had to bring it in for service 2 weeks later because the brakes were grinding. I ended up needing rear brake pads. What happened to the multi point check they perform on pre owned certified cars? They say they perform the tasks but that is a lie. This was the worse experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. The salesman did not review any features of the car and I had to follow up on how to activate my Sirus radio. Unacceptable. More

She made the experience the best I ever had. I traded my existing vehicle and stated that I was concerned that I get a fair price for the vehicle. Hannah and her manager worked with me to deliver the price I wanted and to get me a good price on the lease for a new vehicle. Freehold Ford is a family owned business not a mega dealership. Brand new car I got out of my lease 6 months early (I was leasing a ford fusion) and needed to upgrade to a larger vehicle. So I leased a ford explorer this time wi I got out of my lease 6 months early (I was leasing a ford fusion) and needed to upgrade to a larger vehicle. So I leased a ford explorer this time with all the equipment I have been wanting sunroof, heated leather seats, heated steering wheel, full glass roof, remote start etc. I absolutely love it. I worked with salesman Justin Huettler on my deal and he was very helpful in finding me the right vehicle with all the options I wanted and needed. It even came with a tow package. And they were able to keep me around the same payment I was at I really got the deal of a lifetime and I can't thank them enough. I'm overjoyed with my new vehicle and look forward to coming back when the lease is up to turn it into a finance! More
