I visited the dealer and was introduced to Yvonne Bermudez who would handle the sale. We were able to arrive at a deal. Yvonne was great to work with and I appreciated the fact that I was not upsold items like paint and fabric protectant that you really don't need. I also did not have a trade in and they delivered the car to my house which was an hour away from the dealership. I would recomment Yvonne and Freehold Ford to anyboy who was looking for a Ford product. More

The two people in finance (Mike and Kristine) are also genuinely nice people. One tip!! If a sales manager named Dimitri comes to speak with you....tell him to get lost! He's an arrogant man, that thinks he's better than you. He had the arrogance of a man that saw some women come in to buy a car and he thought he could swindle us. He was the one downside to this whole experience. We originally left and weren't going to buy a car from here because of him (I also would've given five stars if he didn't work there). But Yvonne went far above and behind and got us to come back. Once Dimitri was no longer involved, it was a much better buying experience. Ford if you read this, Dimitri is costing you customers. If he treats all customers the way he treated us, then he should not be employed there. Be thankful you have Yvonne as a sales consultant because if it weren't for her, I wouldn't have come back. Nor would I be planning on returning in the near future for a second car. More
