Prior to working with Jim I had a horrible experience with Bell Ford of Colonia (wont waste time describing the experience). I called Jim about a Ford Fiesta ST that was In Transit and we worked a deal over the phone. Jim gave me tracking information and the car was delivered on the exact day promised. Going to the dealership was quick and informative as Jim sat with me in the car and walked me through all the features of the car (never had that before). No pressure for extended warranties or glass etching, etc. All in all a great experience for buying a car. More

All we wanted is to take a quick look at the car for the first time to determine whether we should consider the car or not. Andrew, among smirking and asking questions to obviously figure out whether I as lying or not, keept pushing for a test drive. My wife and I had to get up and go. We went to All American Ford where they had an Explorer Sport in the Show Room. We took a look at it. My wife didn't like it. Done deal. More

A great experience! I was planning to lease an import car elsewhere, but called Freehold Ford to inquire about the specs of a truck for a possible future purchase. Yvonne was so professional, knowledgeable, sincere, and expressed such a willingness to assist me that I couldn't help but mention that I was in the market for a car. She, and Rebbecca, who was also involved in the conversation, convinced me to stop in. I got a warm welcome from everyone there and Yvonne introduced me to Mike Z. Michael worked diligently to get me a super deal on a car that was much nicer than I expected at my requested price. All of them worked around my crazy schedule and they never left me waiting and staring at an empty desk for long periods as other dealerships. They respected my time. They were all very honest and treated me like an old friend. When I came to pick up the car, Kristine in finance was very expedient as I had an appointment and was in a rush. There was not a minute wasted and there were no tricks or surprises. The only surprise was how enjoyable the entire process was. Eric was absolutely wonderful. I have many heavy samples for work and he transferred them from my rental car to my new Fusion. First he insisted on protecting the seats and got some plastic sheeting and tucked it into the seats so they were fully covered like fine upholstery and proceeded to load the car and trunk with the samples. He tutored me on the operation of the car and the many, many features. Then he and Yvonne followed me back to the rental facility so that I could return my rental car and drive away in my beautiful new Fusion. I left just in time for my next appointment, so happy to have made new friends at Freehold Ford. I will definitely buy my company truck from them. As I drove down the highway with my wonderful sound system and comfortable, classic-Ford ride I remembered why I used to always buy Ford. Nothing beats the driver-oriented Ford, both in comfort and agility. I will never even bother to go anywhere else and I am permanently sold on Ford, and I very highly recommend Freehold Ford. More
