The dealer had the truck I was looking with the options I wanted. My sales consultant, Mike Goldstein, was excellent. There was no hassle or extended negotiations and in the end he worked with me to get me the deal I was looking for. I would recommend Freehold Ford to anyone in the market for a Ford vehicle and will go back there in about a year when my wife is ready for a new vehicle. More

Great Finance Managers and Experience After going to numerous Ford dealers where the staff were either rude or not knowledgeable about the incentives available to me and if I can combine a After going to numerous Ford dealers where the staff were either rude or not knowledgeable about the incentives available to me and if I can combine all of them, I reached out to Freehold Ford. They had the perfect truck equipped just how I wanted it to be. My only concerns were price and getting my credit approved. After speaking to Jaclyn (Internet Sales Manager) I managed to get a great quote over the phone just slightly higher than what a leftover 2016 would go for. After making an appointment, I got there and everyone was extremely nice. My sales consultant Gregory Battaglia went out of his way to help me by getting the truck ready for delivery after I was done with Finance, despite it just coming off the truck earlier that day and hasn't been looked over by their mechanics yet. The test drive was great and the Gregory even filled up the truck with a full tank (which cost about $85). When we got back from the test drive, I went straight into Finance with no wait at all. Kristine was very understanding about my complicated credit situation and she worked with the sales manager Rich to get me a fantastic approval, despite my short credit history. They didn't try to throw on any outrageous fees or anything. Everything went very smoothly and I feel that I got a great deal and a fantastic experience.
