2017 Ford Fusion SE - Awesome Dealership! I recently leased a 2017 Ford Fusion SE from Freehold Ford and was very pleased with my Sales Consultant, Mike Goldstein. He was very helpful in assi I recently leased a 2017 Ford Fusion SE from Freehold Ford and was very pleased with my Sales Consultant, Mike Goldstein. He was very helpful in assisting me to select the Fusion from the lot that met my requirements for functionality and price. Mike was a true professional from the moment I met him. He explained all the vehicle functions to me so I understood them properly and hooked up my cell phone to the vehicle's audio system utilizing the "Do Not Disturb" feature as I didn't want to have my phone distracting me with incoming calls as I was driving. Hence, this was a example of how Mike went above and beyond to listen to my needs and help me with the available technology. Moreover, when I noticed a small ding on the passenger side door, he told me not to be concerned as the Dealership has an auto body expert that comes on Thursdays to fix this very thing. Next, Mike set me up with a loaner car that Wednesday evening so my vehicle would be detailed the next day so I didn't have to come back to get it fixed. Finally, when I arrived to pick up my new car on Thursday, Mike again made sure he went over the vehicle functions with me so that I felt comfortable with the car before driving home. The detailing was perfectly done so you would never have known there was a ding. I have been leasing Cadillac for over 17 years, and I was very impressed with this Dealership that is Freehold Ford. I can truly say that I feel like I am still receiving the same excellent service I have received at my Cadillac Dealership...from Sales to Service. Freehold Ford is an exceedingly awesome dealership. In addition, my husband has had two Ford Mustangs that he purchased from two different Ford Dealerships and the service doesn't compare to Freehold Ford. Bottom line: Mike Goldstein is truly one of the most genuine, caring and extremely knowledgeable sales consultant that I have had the pleasure to meet.
