I had already visited two (non-Ford) dealerships and had been told that I really didn't want the options that I was looking for and made to feel that I was in general unreasonable (mind you, I made it clear that I was paying cash and not expecting much on a trade-in) I moved my quest to the Internet and found that the Ford line seemed to have the options that I was looking for. The website directed me to Freehold Ford and I must say that the experience was very positive. Everyone that I dealt with knew the product lines, took time to understand what I was looking for and to make sure that I ended up with the right vehicle at the right price. Even though we had to wait for the specific vehicle to arrive from another location, I drove away in about three hours, knowing how the vehicle worked and that the dealership staff would be available to me for any assistance that I might need. More
