I had been looking to buy a 2014 Ford Edge and did much research on them. From salesperson Keith C. to Finance Manager Steve D. everything was professional and the sale went smoothly. John Marotta, Jr. oversaw the entire process and between the three of them they made me feel welcome and at ease. All my questions were answered and all my cares and concerns were addressed. There was no hassle and the dealer prep on the vehicle was done immediately. I was so impressed with the experience that I went back three days later and purchased a Ford Escape for my daughter. Again I experienced the same care, understanding and professionalism that I thought would never happen. I have no issues with Freehold Ford or their employees and will recommend them to friends and family in the future. John Marotta, Sr. should be proud of his staff! More

Terrible service department Sales people were great. Got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. Service is the issue. Service department have terrible attitudes, and take FOREV Sales people were great. Got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. Service is the issue. Service department have terrible attitudes, and take FOREVER to get work done. 4 hours for a brake job and an hour and a half to program a key. A key! Ridiculous. More

I was able to browse through their inventory and she answered any questions I had along the way. Being this was the first time I had ever leased a vehicle she went into detail about the whole process with me. She has a great personality. Very easy to talk to. And she also showed me how to use all the new features in my vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying or leasing a vehicle. More

She was professional, caring & went above and beyond to help us lease our 2015 Fusion - driving to our home to pick up paperwork they needed that evening; explaining & helping set up technology which was new to us; even coming in on her day off to assist with returning our previously leased car to the dealer. Great car. Great Experience. It began when we stepped out of our aging VW Passat wagon - Yvonne Bermudez greeted us in the parking lot and immediately connected with us. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and showed us a number of Escapes on the lot. The pleasant atmosphere extended as we entered the showroom. Everyone was very welcoming and seemed glad to be there. While Yvonne was showing my wife several vehicles in the showroom, her manager, Dmitri, introduced himself and we had a great conversation that began a very satisfying relationship. He clearly understood what we were looking for. Negotiating a car purchase is never fun, but Dmitri and Yvonne were fair and helpful and we are very satisfied with that part of the purchase.As if that weren't enough, "doing the numbers" with Steve Dougherty was a blast! We shared a number of interests and he made the process almost enjoyable. His use of technology to facilitate things was very impressive. I wish the State of New Jersey would catch up with Freehold Ford. The car was in perfect condition when we picked it up and again, Yvonne did a great job orienting us to all its many features. Things didn't stop there. When I stopped by the next morning to drop off the title for our trade it, I was welcomed like an old friend by everyone involved. Great job! We're really glad we switched from VW after nearly 20 years with them. It was like coming home. More
