Freehold Ford has afforded me direct information, willingness to work with me on pricing, delivers on sales promises and is very friendly. I go out of my way to deal there, driving 32 miles and passing at least 5 other Ford dealers. As the old commercial said, "try it, you'll like it". More

She went the extra mile in being accommodating--making sure all of our needs were met. When I could not decide between the Ford Fiesta and Ford Focus, she did whatever she could to help make the decision process easier: allowing me to test drive each car multiple times, offering an extended drive, etc. I eventually decided to purchase the 2014 Ford Focus Titanium and could not be happier! Additionally, Crystal helped me get the best deal I could on my trade in. So much so that I sent two of our daughters there to buy cars, and recently I bought a fourth. Crystal is a pleasure to deal with and she follows up with us after we purchase.
