My wife and I were extremely pleased with our initial visit and discussion with Brian about purchasing a used Subaru Outback. Because your dealership is an Certified USAA Dealer, we were confident that the pricing of the vehicle would be fair and reasonable and the additional discount that USAA sealed the deal. I had gone to Hyundai and KIA dealerships prior to Subaru. Both Hyundai and KIA had obnoxious, pushy and aggressive sales reps who took the “fun” out of buying a car, they made my skin crawl because Subaru.
