I was looking to replace my Subaru Forester with a new one, and I pretty much knew what I wanted. I put the request out on the internet, and Ira Gross responded within an hour with exactly the car I wante one, and I pretty much knew what I wanted. His first "no haggle" quote turned out to be way better than any deal I was offered subsequently. We had a deal on the phone that day, and picked up my car a few days later. This dealership bent over backwards for my family and I. My wife and I were looking to purchase our first Subaru. Mike Moursey was more than helpful and we did buy a Legacy. When I got the car home, and l My wife and I were looking to purchase our first Subaru. Mike Moursey was more than helpful and we did buy a Legacy. When I got the car home, and looked at it the following day, I noticed a dent in the roof. We had all unfortunately missed it the night we purchased the vehicle. Nevertheless, I called Mike right away not knowing how we could fix the problem. Both he and his manager Tony could not have been more apologetic. They found me a matching Subaru Legacy and a couple of days later swapped out the cars with no hassle. At this time my family and I are thrilled with the car. It has great handling, especially in the snowy weather of New Jersey. I would recommend this car to anyone and would say that you must buy from Freehold Subaru. More

It's also our experience that the dealership philosophy is the same as everyone else we've worked with exhibited the same positive traits. We also liked his approach that if Brian didn't know an answer to one of our numerous questions, he would get an answer from someone who did - rather than making up something. He was extremely patient with us, working thru every question we had and addressing every detail. We would whole heartedly recommend both Brian and the dealership to any friend looking to acquire a Subaru. A huge plus was the presentation of the car when we arrived to pick it up.
