My husband and I was greeted by Lee within seconds of entering the lot. He is a very pleasant and knowledgable, he listened to us at what we wanted and took us for a test drive and answered all our ques entering the lot. Everyone was really nice to us and did everything to get us in our new 2013 Chevy Cruz. Financing was made very easy and comfortable for us thanks to Sean and Ricky. This is the very first new car ever for me and I want to thank all of you at Freeland for making it so pleasant and comfortable for us. MY MONEY SPENDS ANY WHERE. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I STOPPED IN TO FREELAND'D CHEVY. THE FIRST TIME I WAS SHOPPING WITH SALES PERSON JOHN BROWN .HE WAS NOT GIVEN IN ME ANY TRASH TALK YOU BETTER BUY THI STOPPED IN TO FREELAND'D CHEVY. THE FIRST TIME I WAS SHOPPING WITH SALES PERSON JOHN BROWN .HE WAS NOT GIVEN IN ME ANY TRASH TALK YOU BETTER BUY THIS CAR NOW.THEN ABOUT A YEAR LATER I WAS READY TO BUY, , I CALLED FREELAND'S AND THE OPERATOR WAS REALLY INTERESTED IN WHAT I ,AND TO GET TO THE RIGHT AREA, HER NAME WAS KAYREE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. FROM THE TIME YOU WALK IN THE FRONT DOOR, THE YOUNG LADY SITTING AT THE DESK EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. I ASK FOR JOHN AND EVERYTHING WENT UP HILL FROM THERE. HE ASK ME WHAT CAR I WAS INTERESTED IN AND THAT IS WHAT HE SHOWED ME. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE CAR IN THE COLOR AND OPTIONS I WANTED. HE SAID I WILL FIND YOUR CAR AND HAVE IT HERE TODAY. WELL THE NEXT MORNING I PICKED MY CAR UP. I WORK WITH SEAN IN FINANCING, HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL, DID NOT TRY TO SALE ME SOMETHING I DIDN'T NEED. FROM THERE TO THE SERVICE DEPT. THEN I MET THE YOUNG LADY JOYCE, IN THE SERVICE DEPT.SHE EXPLAINED EVERY THING IN DETAIL. AND SAID IF THERE IS ANYTHING YOU NEED OR ANY QUESTIONS CALL ME. I DID HAVE SOME QUESTIONS AND SHE WAS TRUE TO HER WORD. FROM THE OPERATOR TO THE SERVICE DEPT. I WILL NOT I REPEAT I WILL NOT BUY A CAR ANY WHERE ELSE BUT FREELAND CHEVY. Day after day dependability and comfort while exhibiting a style of luxury and maintaining an affordable price point can be difficult features to find in one package. Our company is small in size but when we are all in the office we have a fleet of white Chevrolet vehicles ranging from Tahoe’s, trucks, to Impalas. When it came time for my new truck we went to Freeland Chevrolet and met with Richard Smith. I knew as soon as we pulled on the lot we would purchase our standard white Z71 truck. After many phone calls and a couple trips out to see Richard we finally made the purchase. Richard drove the white truck down front and sent it to be detailed and cleaned for me to pick up the next day. My schedule was hectic and I could not make it out to Freeland until 6:00pm to pick up the truck. Once arriving I noticed all of the lights were out and a red Chevrolet was pulled up to the window with its lights on. The power had been out for hours but Richard didn’t bother us and he waited around until we arrived while everyone else had been sent home. The red Chevrolet was Richards and we signed all of our documents by the lights that were beaming through the glass. After we signed all the paper he said he would go get the truck and be right back. After a minute Richard pulled around to my surprise in a Black Z71 truck. He was smiling ear to hear and said congratulations and it took me several minutes to realize he was talking to me. Richard knew what I wanted and cared enough to help do what would make me happy. There were multiple times that Richard and Freeland could have treated us like other dealers have in the past but they truly exceeded all expectations. Richard detailed two vehicles and answered numerous calls as well as several visits until we pick up our truck. Thank you Richard and Freeland Chevrolet for your time and assistance in helping me pick out the best vehicle for my needs. Richard exemplifies great character and I would trust him with any of our car needs in the future. More

5 Stars all the way! Having purchased cars from other places in the past, I honestly dreaded going out this past Saturday to even look. But, was wanting/in need of a small pick-up truck for a lady for h places in the past, I honestly dreaded going out this past Saturday to even look. But, was wanting/in need of a small pick-up truck for a lady for hauling that spring planting stuff :-) I've seen Freeland from the interstate and recently saw television ads, it is on my way to work and back, so thought - oh well, will go in and ruin my Saturday with high pressure sales, etc. NOT. I was greeted at the door by Nick Rice. I explained what I was looking for, price range, etc. and that I would not expect high pressure talk - I wanted a fair deal within a set price range. We sat down and talked about my likes/desires/features in my 'new to me vehicle' and immediately he zoomed in on a 2012 Chev Colorado pick-up truck. Have to say, the dealership offices and areas are clean and very relaxing in appearance. Other employees passing by were friendly with a 'hello' or 'hi'. I was waiting for the stuff to hit the fan. The high pressure yack. Never happened. The negotiating was easy and no pressure. We came to an agreement on an awesome 2012 Chev Colorado Extended Cab truck. OMG, something for me,something for my husband. Handshake deal, off to see Sean Donaldson in finance. Equally as professional, calm and most helpful in explaining all paperwork and warranties. The whole process was so seamless. The waiting time was very very reasonable, with offer of a beverage and an apology for the wait. The atmosphere was very quiet, friendly, a family atmosphere with absolutely no pressure. My salesman, Nick Rice, so nice, helpful and knowledgeable - listed to my likes/desires in purchasing a vehicle. I would definitely recommend Freeland Chevrolet and sales executive Nick Rice. They know their stuff here, how to treat customers. Up until now I have not had an alliance with any car dealership. This is a dealership that I would definitely go to again and my husband is making plans to go see what they can help him with in purchasing another suv or pick-up truck. Lies lies lies. Wanted lt, when started the process to buy finance manager told me was the lt I asked for. I asked many times to use redstone as I was preamp proved at a low rate. I told him before coming in I was approved at another dealer at redstone for same price only it was an lt. I come in it was a ls and still at his bank. Come time for paperwork it was rushed to sign and leave, no explanation, I would dump it on freelands door if I could. I may be stuck with car but I will never recommend dealer to anyone. As soon as I can I will trade it in at a dealer that will take the time to complete the sale, so all understand the transaction. More
