To whom this may concern I’m A Frequent Customer at Bill Freeland Chevrolet I Purchased A 2016 Malibu (LT) jan2017 it has had its share of recalls &problems but when I take it in for a service and spend the Freeland Chevrolet I Purchased A 2016 Malibu (LT) jan2017 it has had its share of recalls &problems but when I take it in for a service and spend the money for a service that wasn’t preformed correctly having to take it back with in the same week to have it serviced again when I also had a diagnostics before the work was preformed (Nov 2023)taking it in (January 2024)for a routine oil change being diagnosed that it needs a oil pump repair @1,000 dollars blew me away when the previous job cost me 2339.00 that wasn’t properly performed and you only can accommodate me with a joke and Uber ride to & from work and NO Loaner with no other transportation available but spending money that I don’t have for a rental car what do the Customer do? With Chevy being generational with in my family maybe I need to part ways with the loyalty with the Chevy brand All I’m asking that the vehicle be fixed and honor that the work wasn’t right also better accommodation for the customer because this is a big inconvenience for me and my livelihood I don’t need a rush job I just want to continue to be a Chevy Owner and Satisfied with good customer Service with out having to take this method of action towards a company that I have always had high expectations and loyalty for the GENERAL Motors Company More

Very rude makes a joke out of everything when the issue should be taken serious when it’s the dealership fault. They can never service my vehicle and have it completed with no issues just spend 2300 with t should be taken serious when it’s the dealership fault. Return back two days later because I was smelling gas just to get an accuse. Returned Jan 24 one of the injector is bad causing something to leak out in my oil pump now I need a new one and they want to charge me 1000 to replace something they messed up. Corporate will get a nice email from me . Don’t do business with them they never have a loner car business has truly went down . Let’s see how funny it is when my lawyer gets involved More
