This place really sucks ,I have been going to this dealer for the last 6 yrs.I have been through everything with my Cruze diesel. But today happens to be the absolute worst .I have never been treated this badly by any other dealership.The details .I was driving down to my home from work.i put my drivers window down and it would not go up.I stopped at Friedland Chevrolet.asked the service advisor if he could help me get the window up so I can drive the car .He said he could not help me because the mechanics go home at 4:00 ,It was only 3:20 and he stated that no one could loot the car until weds of the following week and just shrugged.No wonder you have so much turnover with your employees. Lastly he told me I had to figure because he has to much work.What a joke!

Worst service ever!!!!!! Ever!!! Do not buy from here or do not get your vehicle serviced here!! Had to sell the vehicle the next week after being serviced. Never offered a rental.... rude..... horrible.

I had my car repaired here during the Pandemic and used their pick up and delivery service. From the first to last call, everything was unbelievably easy and professional. Everyone was courteous and made the process much more simple than expected during a time when everything seems much more complicated than usual. Thank you!

Shawn Carver is an amazing service consultant. He helped me navigate a plethora of needs (several thousand dollars worth of service) with the same interest as if the vehicle was his very own. I was thoroughly impressed with his degree of knowledge and insightful line of questions geared toward getting every possible issue and areas of concern addressed. He not only made sure we covered things in detail but ensured I had transportation after drop-off and called me later the same day (twice) with updates then followed up with voicemail and a text when I didn't return his call once my vehicle was ready. I can't say "Thank You" enough for Shawn's level of care and attention to details. If you're fortunate enough to get his assistance, rest assured you are in willing and capable hands to have you back on the road with confidence!

I had been turned down by about 10 different car dealers but not freeland. They told me they woulx take care of me and they dix. I walk out with a car and a big smile on my face and most importantly i got what i wanted and could afford. Payments are great. "Horrible Customer Service!"

Went to have my car serviced under warranty. No..I did not purchase my car from Freeland but I do have a GMC warranty from where I purchased my car. Sean Grimes in the service department seemed annoyed wth my warranty that he was not familiar with, inconvenienced with my questions and extremely short with me. I asked about a loaner and the shuttle I was told would be available to get me home when I scheduled my appointment. He told me no loaner and not sure when a shuttle would be avaialable, that they have been "running ragged today" and I could wait in the lounge. I asked approximate wait time..his response..."I don't know where they went." I had a list of cars I wanted to look that I found on the internet, I asked him to direct me where to go. He replied about how many cars they have on their lot and pointed to "go over there." I sat in the waiting area for a few minute and decided to just take my car somewhere else. I was insulted by his condescending attitude and lack of customer service. Freeland Chevy lost a sale and a new customer. I will be sure to tell others about my negative experience. Maybe he was having a bad day but don't let it reflect on the business and onto the customers. If this is what I would have to deal with if I purchased from here...forget it!!

I have had my truck in for service at Freeland Chevrolet three times now. Each time it was serviced perfectly. Sean took good care of my vehicle's service needs correctly and Carol Joscelyn was tops as far as customer service satisfaction is concerned. Carol is the kindest person at a dealership I have ever met. I sincerely hope Freeland Chevrolet recognizes her dedication.
