"Bad credit they work miracles"

I had been turned down by about 10 different car dealers but not freeland. They told me they woulx take care of me and they dix. I walk out with a car and a big smile on my face and most importantly i got what i wanted and could afford. Payments are great. And mist of all they made me feel like im ine of the freeland family members now. Thanks to my agent and the financial department im remiding again

"Horrible Customer Service!"

Went to have my car serviced under warranty. No..I did not purchase my car from Freeland but I do have a GMC warranty from where I purchased my car. Sean Grimes in the service department seemed annoyed wth my warranty that he was not familiar with, inconvenienced with my questions and extremely short with me. I asked about a loaner and the shuttle I was told would be available to get me home when I scheduled my appointment. He told me no loaner and not sure when a shuttle would be avaialable, that they have been "running ragged today" and I could wait in the lounge. I asked approximate wait time..his response..."I don't know where they went." I had a list of cars I wanted to look that I found on the internet, I asked him to direct me where to go. He replied about how many cars they have on their lot and pointed to "go over there." I sat in the waiting area for a few minute and decided to just take my car somewhere else. I was insulted by his condescending attitude and lack of customer service. Freeland Chevy lost a sale and a new customer. I will be sure to tell others about my negative experience. Maybe he was having a bad day but don't let it reflect on the business and onto the customers. If this is what I would have to deal with if I purchased from here...forget it!!

"Freeland Chevrolet Service"

I have had my truck in for service at Freeland Chevrolet three times now. Each time it was serviced perfectly. Sean took good care of my vehicle's service needs correctly and Carol Joscelyn was tops as far as customer service satisfaction is concerned. Carol is the kindest person at a dealership I have ever met. I sincerely hope Freeland Chevrolet recognizes her dedication.

"We needed help far from home"

We were driving from FL to MN and this particular Saturday, it was 99 degrees and our a/c quit working. We had been sitting on the freeway for a couple of hours due to bumper to bumper traffic. We spotted this dealership sign and pulled off and headed for the dealer. The service staff were exceptional! I'm sure we looked hot and dry, and they immediately with bottled water. They were also kind to our little white dog and ushered all three of us into the show floor and made sure we were comfortable. The gal that especially helped us was so sweet. It was after 2PM and they were closing at 3PM, but the mechanic said he would check it out. Jonathan, the mechanic, told us it needed "surgery" and he couldn't fix it that day. We packed in the car again and headed on our way. The service gal and Jonathan gave us exceptional customer service!! We can't thank them enough.

"Not all heroes wear capes! "

My friends and I unfortunately experienced some awful car problems on our travels and we are from STL so we did not know where to go for good, honest service and help. We stopped by this dealership stressed out from our situation and flustered from the past few hours of only getting more bad news about the car issues. the staff here was incredible and actually got us to smile and laugh! They were thoughtful, knowledgable, experienced, and friendly. The service was fast and helpful. They saved the day not only by fixing our problem but also by being wonderfully friendly and genuine. Also, the lobby was nice and had great coffee.
