Both Caleb and Bob Bomar (manager) were very patient and helpful throughout the time I was at the dealership and even after I left with the vehicle I bought. As an example of how far they went to make sure I was happy: Caleb spent an hour personally detailing my vehicle after the detailing team had gone home on a Friday night. After I left and I found single issue with the license plate bracket, Caleb went out of his way to find and mail me a replacement part. I was sincerely impressed and would highly-recommend going straight to Caleb when you arrive at the dealership! More

He isn’t that salesperson that takes you immediately to the most expensive vehicle on the lot, he will actually sit down with you and figure out what fits your taste and Freeland has a huge selection to choose from. I would definitely recommend turning salespeople down until you get Caleb because he is no doubt the right guy for the job and i give him an A+ with the hospitality, loyalty, and kindness that he showed me when i got there he really treated me like family!!!
