Great customer service, but be prepared for a long wait. I arrived at 10:00 am and my car was ready at 1pm. The service advisor did inform me of this when I first arrived, so I was prepared. I’m very pleased with Freeman Honda…. I would not go to another Honda place. I bought my new 2018 CR-V here and have always come here. They always provide superior customer service, and I would not go to another Honda place. I bought my new 2018 CR-V here and have always come here. They always provide superior customer service, and the advisors are very knowledgeable. Once again today was a perfect example with Cristian Limon my advisor. I had a few services done, and he was very, very knowledgeable explained everything very thoroughly…. I would not change Freeman Honda for anything in the world. In fact, my relatives and friends come here as well for service, and have bought there cars here as well. Thank you!!! More
