I had set up an appointment to have have an item installed on my new Pilot. On the day of the appointment I was greeted by an entire suite of ppl and given a warm welcome and guided thru the servic installed on my new Pilot. A loaner car was available due to the service required, I was updated throughout the day and called once the service was completed. The work was as I requested and professionally done. The cost was agreed In advance a d same amount settled once the work was completed. I’m a new customer at Freeman Honda and based on this experience and during the purchase of a new vehicle I will continue to use their Dealership More
