I’m very pleased with Freeman Honda…. I would not go to another Honda place. I bought my new 2018 CR-V here and have always come here. I had a few services done, and he was very, very knowledgeable explained everything very thoroughly…. I would not change Freeman Honda for anything in the world. In fact, my relatives and friends come here as well for service, and have bought there cars here as well. Thank you!!! More

Yes I was a little surprised that the $175 diagnostic fee was not taken into consideration on my bill after I spent over $1100. My dealership in San Antonio does that and I have been a long time Honda owner was not taken into consideration on my bill after I spent over $1100. I will say that Christian did explain that to me prior to me agreeing to service however, I found it rather odd that it wasn't taken into consideration after I authorized such a large repair that I had to do because I was going to be broke down away from home without it. More
