VETERANS should shop elsewhere! Junior in the service dept got a major attitude with me when he saw the "DV" in my license plate. This kid is half my age (he wasn't even a twinkle in his daddy's eye when I graduated Basic Training July of 1990.) He acted like some kind of an authority figure in talking to me. He told me the intercooler was missing a gasket (the Civic had less than 7K miles on it.) I told him it was covered under a USAA claim, or warranty.. He only wanted to hear me give him my credit card number, because he personally disagrees with the notion of being a Disabled Veteran. I DO NOT recommend this dealership to Vets! More

This was the worst time I’ve ever had buying a car. I tried to return the car 2 days afterwards because I was told it was a demo not knowing that it was used as a lease car and it had more miles on it I tried to return the car 2 days afterwards because I was told it was a demo not knowing that it was used as a lease car and it had more miles on it than I was told plus there was a scratch on the bumper.
