When I brought my Odyssey back for follow up maintenance work both guys were swift in tending to customers at 7 in the morning. While my appointment was with Ivan, he was still with a customer in his line. Christopher saw that I was waiting and asked the couple in his line who came after me if they would mind waiting since I was there before them. This is exceptional insight and wisdom on Christopher's part. He addressed the couple respectfully and waited on me still giving Ivan the service contract that day. I was sure to give kudos to Christopher when I picked up my vehicle. And I let him know that how he treated us that morning is the finest example of good customer service. I hope you guys recognize and reward this so it serves as a model for what you've been missing for a long long time. Hopefully when I have to return I'll find the same good service. Thank you More
