The dealership is fine. I’ve owned my 2025 Land Cruiser sine January and the brakes still squeal when I apply the brakes in reverse. We have purchased multiple cars from Freeman Hurst in the past, but it seems like customer service has gone WAY down hill. We only purchased this last one because of Jimmy otherwise we would have walked out past, but it seems like customer service has gone WAY down hill. This is our 5th car from Freeman, but it’s also our last vehicle purchase from there. No one cares, a lot of attitude, and there’s no feeling of family. I don’t like being lied to. You’ve lost the family atmosphere and now it’s all business, “how much money can I get from everyone!” Attitude. No matter how loyal we are over the years, we walked away feeling like a number, and to you we probably are. Even though we were dissatisfied with everything, we didn’t want Jimmy, who was great, bent over backwards and spent a lot of time with us to not make a sale, that’s why we purchased a vehicle. But I will make it a mission to let everyone I know about my experience and how poorly you treat your “family” much less a random customer buying their car for the very first time. I’m a firefighter, I teach at a college, and I teach skills at a private company, my wife is a cosmetologist, and my daughter works in a large hospital downtown. Yes, that’s how upset we are, we will do plenty of advertising for Freeman. More
