Definitely much work needed on the front end experience - while Dave (my salesman) was extremely knowledgable and helpful at the time of my appointment, it was nearly impossible to get any questions answered while Dave (my salesman) was extremely knowledgable and helpful at the time of my appointment, it was nearly impossible to get any questions answered by the dealership prior to my visit - Dave was working with another customer that day so he was unavailable which is fair, but any other salesman should have been able to answer questions. Chris (GM) was impossible to get ahold of and felt like I kept getting blown off - this nearly stopped me from keeping my appointment. Hope you're not like this to the team, Chris, do better. The actual process post-test drive was fine. I am not a fan of the salesman writing things by hand for me to sign, but at the end of the day I was well taken care of by Leo in financing. The deal for the car was good and it runs great. Overall a little bit of improvement on the experience on the front end of the sales process would go a long way - maybe the GM needs a nudge or two. My experience at the end of the day led to the purchase of a vehicle I am happy with. More
