When I first called to arrange dropping off my vehicle, it was after hours—but that didn’t stop Ashley. but Ashley was AMAZING from start to finish. She answered my call, assisted me right away, and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. Throughout the process, she kept me informed as updates became available, returned my calls and text messages promptly, and made sure I never felt alone or uncertain. When I arrived to pick up the loaner vehicle, I had so much going on with work that I completely lost track of time—and my driver’s license was set to expire the next day. I was initially told I wouldn’t be able to receive the loaner because of this, but Ashley immediately stepped in, found a solution, and made sure I was able to leave Toyota with the loaner vehicle. I truly can’t say enough about Ashley. She goes above and beyond for her customers, and her care, professionalism, and dedication made a stressful situation so much easier. She is an absolute asset to the team. More

The service advisor didn’t want to honor the promotion. I didnt’t know I had to show up at the check in. If I would know, I will give it to him already.
