I walked into Freeman Toyota fully planning NOT to buy a car. I was just there to test drive because I wasn’t planning to purchase until June. Then I met my salesman, Jonathan Ruiz. He was knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right fit. Then he suggested a car that wasn’t even on my radar and I fell in love with it. After much thought and research, I gave him a call the next day, and that sealed the deal. The best part? No exhausting negotiation games. He offered me a very fair price and even added a few extras I hadn’t asked for. From the moment the deal was finalized to the time I drove away: under two hours. The financing team and front desk staff were just as friendly and efficient. The entire experience felt smooth, honest, and genuinely enjoyable, something I never thought I’d say about buying a car.
