My sales person Banky was great, however when I went into the finance office. The guy was trying to sell me on a warranty and I wasn’t budging because of this he said he was going to see if they could get a the finance office. The guy was trying to sell me on a warranty and I wasn’t budging because of this he said he was going to see if they could get a coupon for the warranty to be covered and it not change my payment. He said I was financed by Toyota for 8.5 however with this coupon they could get it down to 7.75 which would take care of the warranty. This is an illegal sales tactic I was very disappointed by this bc I was pregnant and had been buying my second vehicle from them in 6 months bc my car was totaled. More
