I bought a pre-owned RAV-4 2023 with 4000 miles. The driver side back light is broken and the center trim has a very deep scratches but I deal with salesman Maverick that I bought and will be fixed The driver side back light is broken and the center trim has a very deep scratches but I deal with salesman Maverick that I bought and will be fixed like brand new. When I pick up the car the back center trim not like brand new and there is a spot about 1/2 inch X 1/8 missing paint also the mechanic put back together not right the rubber cover go between the back panel and the rear windshield did not installed right. Half way inside the rear panel and half is outside the rear panel. Maverick agree that did not done right and need to be touched up paint also, he asked me to bring it back get it fix and get the second key fob. I contacted Maverick on Tuesday so that he can schedule someone to work on my car when I come to the dealership. When I got there nobody has a clue what my car has to be done. I waited for 5 hours and no one work on my car. I left the dealership with nothing done except for the second key fob. Take a day off work and couldn’t get my car fixed. Well I soon I paid Freeman dealership for the car the customer first no longer apply, its disappeared in thin air. This is my first time also be my last time visits Freeman Toyota. More

The vehicle I wanted with all the “whistles and bells” I wanted, including the colors, was at the dealership, available to drive off the lot when I arrived on a Thursday afternoon.
