I brought my vehicle in because my driver's side clicker was not working. It was checked out along with the point inspection. The service advisor, James Holloman, was very thorough in explaining what was was not working. It was checked out along with the point inspection. The service advisor, James Holloman, was very thorough in explaining what was wrong with my driver's side clicker and that a new clicker had to be ordered. When that came in, I took the car in and it was switched out. Works great now. James was friendly and mentioned what else needed to be done for my vehicle. He did mention that the car looked "new" on the inside. Well, it needs a little work there but the thought is what counted. Thanks. More
