Buyers beware! !! I’ve bought 2 vehicles from this location, first time was good experience however after a management change this place is a joke the sales man d !! I’ve bought 2 vehicles from this location, first time was good experience however after a management change this place is a joke the sales man don’t follow thur with that they say nor care about your business first off I bought my tundra in 21’ I just now got my second key countless amount of voicemails like they weren’t gonna honor what I was owed , second off I called my rep jacob walker about another purchase of course no answer and once I get hold of someone else he said “go ahead with whoever is helping you” like he could care less ….but to top all things off after expressing my unsatisfied I was with recent experience I was in the service department and my rep said that the big boss BJ I said I would like to talk to him about what happened and she went to ask for him to speak to me and came back and said bj said he was going into a important meeting and couldn’t speak to me ……ask YOURSELF this …is this really a place you would like to give your money that cares nothing about clients More

Awful experience. Haley was very unpleasant. She was irritated and not helpful. She never notified me that the vehicle was ready. A sales guy passed by and said to me Haley was very unpleasant. Let me check if your vehicle is ready and it was. Haley never bothered to help me. The tech guy didn’t reset the app in the car that notifies about the the maintenance app. The car didn’t get washed. The last couple of times the service has been the worst. I’ve tried being understanding and I usually give people grace but it’s getting worse. I’ll make sure to post my review on Google so others can see what they will deal with. I will also warn family and friends about the poor service offered at freeman Toyota . Thank you for your time.
