Typically really good and happy with the service there, but this time they ran my new Tundra with a kayak rack through the car wash, ending in damage to the rack and truck bed itself. NO one told me that h but this time they ran my new Tundra with a kayak rack through the car wash, ending in damage to the rack and truck bed itself. NO one told me that happened and I found out myself and reported the issue. Although the damage was minimal, they are stating they can repair it at no cost to me, they had no cars to loan me at that time. So waiting to see how all this resolves itself. Worst was if I had not have noticed the rack was loose, it could have come loose on the freeway drive home and really done some damage to another driver(s). Glad that did not happen! Hopefully they make it right soon. More
