l took my vehicle in to get my air condition looked at and when I left it was working but now one week later it has stopped working. Also, they took my glove compartment apart to look at the blower and d and when I left it was working but now one week later it has stopped working. Techs are not properly trained. Dealership potentially damaged my engine by constantly repeating oil change is due every 10,000 miles when Toyota requires 5,000 miles for flex fuel engines. Was not made aware of this difference until recently speaking to service to schedule next oil change, one knowledgeable tech brought it up.. Even at drop off for service i had Techs telling me in person,, oil change was only due every 10,000 miles. Checking toyota web site getring mixed message from dealership service dept, Flex Fuel Sequoias are not approved for 10,000 miles. Have had 2 oils changes in 20,000 miles. Very perturbed at what possible damage could have been done now as oil changes are the most important item for an engine. More
