This is my second time buying a vehicle here - and for very good reason. I worked with Muhammad Ahmed again because he is definitely a great salesman. He is direct and simple with his pricing - no nonsense. I've bought many cars over my lifetime, and Muhammad is an experienced professional. He worked hard to find the car we wanted and delivered it quickly. He certainly provides the type of customer service that is better than anyone you'll meet. After making the deal in principle, the final execution was handled by James Padilla in finance. He's really a good guy and very courteous. He explained all the service items and Toyota coverages. I did not purchase and additional service contracts but he treated me very well. I understand that that everyone has a job to do but often, you get treated differently when you deny the extra coverages. Not with James. Definitely a real professional. One thing I really like about Freeman is that dealer add-ons were reasonably priced. I know that is where the dealer makes their extra cash but some dealers get carried away with $1200 or more on basic items. All-in-all, I didn't have to haggle and left feeling like I received a good price. My first purchase at Freeman was so smooth that even though I haven't considered buying a Toyota for myself for many years I thought I'd come back. I came back and bought another. And I'm sure I'll be back again. More
