waited 2 hours and 40 minutes for an oil change. I got tired of waiting and went to ask why it was taking so long. They said they tried to call me. Had to bring back the Tacoma for a problem but Tom Caranci and Charlee took care of needs of the truck including a recall on third park light. The Tacoma drives and brakes smooth now and does not need Caranci and Charlee took care of needs of the truck including a recall on third park light. I did get s shuttle ride home, but the air fresheners were not helping. They did not sanitize the truck when done-my hands were black from the steering wheel so I had to spend a lot of time cleaning and sanitizing. More
