Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Waited for my car while service was being performed. Service person said everything was done. On my way out the door I noticed on my paperwork that the tires we my car while service was being performed. Service person said everything was done. On my way out the door I noticed on my paperwork that the tires were not rotated as they were unable to locate the wheel locks. No one asked me where they were as I sat in the waiting room. No one called me to ask. My wheel locks are where most are, in the glovebox. It was not mentioned by my service person when checking out. This happened right before closing. I wouldn’t go back, but I purchased a service agreement with them when purchasing my vehicle. More
