Had my used car serviced that I bought from Freeman and my experience was ok at the beginning. I drove in and at first I felt look they must have thought I worked there, because no one waited on me. Eventually a gentleman came over and asked if anyone had helped me. From that point, everything went as it should. But I have to say, if they want my business in the future , please take care of the used car customer as if they were to drive away in something new. I will be back for my next service. More

I took my Toyota Rav 4 in for a tire repair. It was a tire that they had put on and had a warranty on it. I drove away and heard clicking on that tire. I stopped and saw that they had left the plug in i tire that they had put on and had a warranty on it. I drove away and heard clicking on that tire. It’s almost like it was done intentionally because they had to have heard it when they drove it from the shop to the side of the building. I heard it immediately. I am a loyal customer with Freeman since I have bought 2 new vehicles from them. I have never had an issue with them before. More
