While my husband was impressed with his purchase back in 2019, I have not felt as impressed so far. I felt I was contacting Ken for updates or info more than he was trying to contact me. I called the service dept and they didn’t even apologize for any frustrations or how it looked getting a new car and having issues. Just had me book an appointment to come in and have it looked at. Not impressed so far at all. More

I dropped my car off at 9am, I was taken to my home at 10:30, I was called by service dept at 12:35 that my car was completed, then picked up after 2:30pm. My only day off and it was spent waiting for a 10:30, I was called by service dept at 12:35 that my car was completed, then picked up after 2:30pm. My only day off and it was spent waiting for a ride...ridiculous that you would not have two shuttles on such a busy day. Not sure how you can justify putting that poor driver through a day like that let alone your customer who spent over $400... Very unsatisfactory More
