Davin Williams is a good salesman (in my opinion). I have worked with him on several vehicles I have purchased from Toyota in the past. The dealership itself seems to be very nice and very up to date with some of the new technology for your vehicle(I hope that holds true when in have to take my SUV in to be serviced). I haven't had to have it serviced yet for my newest purchase, but I'm hoping it will be a good experience. I got a tour of the facility when I purchased my SUV and it seem pretty well up to date.
