My day unexpectedly took a turn for the worse. I was able to make it to Freeman Toyota where I was greeted by Shawn H. I wasn’t able to get my words out before I began to cry while trying to expla I was able to make it to Freeman Toyota where I was greeted by Shawn H. I wasn’t able to get my words out before I began to cry while trying to explain my issue. He immediately took action by lifting my hood and looking underneath my vehicle. Once I was able to gather myself he assured me that he’d get the vehicle looked at and would provide me with an estimate. I was then assigned to a service manager, who was nice as well. While waiting in the guest lounge area in total panic, Shawn came over multiple times with updates. He explained all of the services Freeman could provide and continued to reassure me. We all know that delivering bad news is just as bad as for the one who’s receiving it however Shawn was very kind in his deliverance whilst being honest. Due to finances I was unable to proceed with the repair today but will be back in two days to schedule. I normally take my vehicle to get serviced at another Toyota dealership but after the exceptional service that I received today, Freeman Toyota will be the place for me. Thank you Shawn and your team! You all were the best part of my day and I mean that! More
