I have used this service center for 7 years. Today was not good. The service writer was talking to "corporate visitors." Others come by and tell me he would be there in a few minutes... after 20 Today was not good. The service writer was talking to "corporate visitors." Others come by and tell me he would be there in a few minutes... after 20 minutes he handed me off to another writer. First time ever it took twenty minutes to just get out of the car. Then I had to deny extra service beyond what I had asked 3 times. Then the bill was over charged. I was not impressed today! Frankly, I'm not sure I will come back. Lonnie was polite, but not up to standard! He cared more to talk to corporate than to help his customer. More

Amazing experience at Freeman Toyota. I previously had a bad experience with a dealership 5 minutes from home and drove 25 minutes to Freeman hoping to have a better experience. My service advisor was honest and printed out the schedule for servicing my vehicle. She also told me about a deal on tires due to one tire’s tread being low. I typically schedule for the first appointment of the day, so my appointment was for 0705. I was out of there by 0823! With a MPI, tire rotation and oil change. That would’ve taken my old dealership at LEAST two hours to complete. I will definitely be coming to freeman for future service on my car. More

Freeman is always courteous and is very through when I bring my Camry in for service.
