The reason I'm giving low rating is because the add they have online show a 2023 toyota 4Runner sr5 premium listed for 43k and change and when we went over the paper woek the person who was helping me notic have online show a 2023 toyota 4Runner sr5 premium listed for 43k and change and when we went over the paper woek the person who was helping me notice they have mad a mistake and listed 5k lower due to an error on the milage of this vehicle Wich was 62k and change instead or 62 hundred and chenge So I have to pay for their mistake and not having another option and already spend two or three hrs dealing with paper work As well the person who was helping me was not very familiar with EECU and how the paper work should be done and I have to get on the phone and ask EECU for more information regarding theauto loan Overall it was not a smooth experience and I wish they were more transparent with me To be honest I will not recommend freeman toyota to any of my friends or family of they will encounter situations like I did Also I never got a proper tour on the vehicle or anything like that So not a very good experience at all Thanks More
