Service Sales Representative was great! The service inspection video was good. But when I got my vehicle back from the shop after 6 hours; my vehicle’s washer fluid was not filled, the hard The service inspection video was good. But when I got my vehicle back from the shop after 6 hours; my vehicle’s washer fluid was not filled, the hard plastic hoses around the engine electrical wires broke off and were exposed, the vehicle oil change sticker was not updated. So I needed to ask them to fill the washer fluid container, place electrical tape around the exposed wires and to generate a new sticker so I would know when to return for an oil change. Then they had to redo the sticker again because it had an incorrect oil weight listed. Driving off I noticed 10 miles was placed on my mileage. ( is it normal to drive the vehicle ten miles when in the shop?) I know the dealership is more expensive than other auto service providers- so the service and quality that I expect from the dealership is high. Real high. And this experience disappoints me and makes me lose confidence in this dealership. More
